We use an interactive process focused on deep exploration and strong writing that allows your organization’s unique voice and personality to shine through.
Core Value Design & Implementation
We facilitate and guide clients through an interactive process that culminates in 4-5 accessible and easy to use Core Values that align with your organization’s personality and voice. These Core Values will be the pillars that hold the organization together and help you to build a team that aligns with your values and make strong decisions.
Our expertise lies in keeping groups focused while connecting individually to each team member and ensuring each voice is heard, considered, and accounted for.
WHAT YOU GET
Creation Process:
Approximately 15 hours of interactive instruction (hours vary depending on what the organization needs) - 2 full days, one follow-up scenario testing session
Assets:
4-5 Core Values with Strong Headers and Descriptives that fit onto one page with visuals.
These Core Values will last the lifetime of the organization.

How We Work
Team members actively engage with the rollout process allowing them to connect to their own core values and see how these align with the organization’s core values.
Rollouts provide a great opportunity for team members to connect one another, have fun, as well as understand and bring meaning to the work they are already doing.
Our extensive design process engages and guides the executive team to create memorable core values that embody the organization’s personality and voice.
Darra has worked with Darius Mirshahzadeh for over a decade to write and implement core values. She received extensive training on the design and implementation process as well as ScaleMAP. Together they have worked with dozens of clients and strive to continue to help clients build culture centered organizations that maintain cadence and rhythm to scale.
